Is there a fee for posting your services on HomeProvement?
Yes. For people who wish to offer their services, we charge a subscription fee of $2 per month, or $20 per year.
What benefits will I receive for offering my services on HomeProvement?
Service providers who are subscribed with HomeProvement receive two benefits:
- You are able to create a Service Provider profile page listed on our website for users to review when seeking services. This is a reference that allows you to showcase your business to possible clients who may reach out to you.
- You are able to reply to job postings an unlimited number of times for as long as you are subscribed. Without a subscription you can still view job postings, but you will be unable to contact potential clients until you subscribe.
If I offer my services on HomeProvement, do I have to pay a fee for each time I contact a potential client?
Nope. The only fee we charge is the subscription fee. As long as your subscription is active, you can make unlimited contacts with potential clients who post a job. We believe it is easier for professionals to contact clients when there is no obligation on either side of the interaction.
If I paid the subscription fee and decided to cancel my prescription, can I have a refund?
Yes, we understand that needs change. Our refund policy allows refunds for money paid that was not allocated to an active month of service. So if you only paid for one month, and your account was active that month, no refund can be issued. However, if you paid $20 for 1 year, and only used the account for 1 active month and then canceled, you would be entitled to a refund of the difference minus the $2 fee for 1 month, which in this case would be an $18 refund.
